How do I log into AASLD’s LiverLearning®? If you are already an AASLD member, LiverLearning® subscriber, or have an account with us, log in with your AASLD username and password. If you are new to AASLD and LiverLearning®please create your account now. E-mail online_education@aasld.org if you have trouble logging in.


How do I get access to content if I am not an AASLD member or LiverLearning® subscriber? After creating an account you can apply to become a member or purchase a subscription to LiverLearning®.

 

What are the recommended browsers and internet setting for this site? The site can be viewed on any PC, Mac, Tablet or Mobile device with up to date Operating Systems and Browsers. There is no need for an app when viewing from a tablet or mobile device. We recommend using Internet Explorer 11, Edge 14 or greater, Firefox 60 or greater, Chrome 66 or greater, or Safari 8 or later. For viewing webinars, please use high speed/broadband internet connect. Wifi is not recommended. Also, please make sure you do not have pop-ups disabled in your internet browser settings.

 

What do I do if I experience a problem when I'm logged into a webinar/session? If you are already logged into a webinar and experience a problem (slides stop advancing, streaming audio stops/fails, etc.), please follow the steps below:

  • Try clicking the “Refresh" button in your web browser. It looks like a circle with arrows.
  • Clear the cache in your web browser. Then close your web browser completely. Open your web browser again and try logging into the event/archive again.
  • If none of the above steps resolve the issues, try an alternative web browser.


What if I still experience problems after switching Browsers? If none of these steps are successful, the issue may be related to (a) internal firewall settings, (b) internal internet settings, or (c) the speed/capability of your internet connection. You should consult your IT department or internet provider. Please make sure the following the following IP addresses are open:

  • 72.32.161.112 port 80, 443 (web and audio)
  • 72.32.200.104 port 80, 443 (web and audio)
  • 72.32.221.65 port 80, 443 (web and audio)
  • 72.32.221.66 port 80, 443 (web and audio)
  • 67.203.7.114 port 80, 443 (web and audio)


Why does the LiverLearning® app that I have on my mobile device not work? The new LiverLearning® platform is completely mobile-friendly. Therefore, there is no longer a need for an app. You may delete the LiverLearning® app that is currently downloaded on your device.


How do I register for a product? As an AASLD member or LiverLearning® subscriber, you are automatically registered for all content within LiverLearning® (excludes the content for purchase). You will need to "Activate" products in order to view them. This will also store the products under "My Dashboard" for easy access. To do this click on the product listed on the LiverLearning® homepage. You can also search for products by accessing the catalog. You can narrow down the list by using the “Search by Category," “Search by Date Range," or “Search by Keyword" options.

Once you find the product for which you would like to Activate, you can click the green “Activate" button.


Where do I find all the products I activated? To view your activated products, log into LiverLearning® and click "My Dashboard." All activated activities will be listed. Click the session title to be directed to the session details page where you will find the option to open the activity on the right of your screen under “Presentation."

 

How are the products on the “Recommended For You" feature selected? In your profile, there is a table called “Interest Categories." These options mirror the categories in the catalog. All the products populated on your “Recommended For You" widget are selected based on the categories you selected in your profile.

 

How do I edit my profile? When you are logged into AASLD’s LiverLearning, click “Profile". In your profile, you should see “Click here to edit your profile" above your e-mail address. Click the link to be directed to the page where you can update the information shown in your profile.

 

What is your refund policy/how can I request a refund? Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail online_education@aasld.org and include 1) your name; 2) the name of the product for which you would like a refund, and 3) the reason you are requesting a refund.

 

Can I get CME credit, MOC points, and/or CE contact hours for the activities I complete through LiverLearning®? CME credit, MOC points (ABIM and ABP) and CE contact hours are available only for activities for which this is specifically noted. They are not available for all products in LiverLearning®.

 

How do I get my CME/MOC/CE certificate? If you register for a product that offers CME/MOC/CE, you must complete the minimum requirements to receive your certificate. Once you meet those requirements, your certificate will be automatically generated. You may view and download the certificate any time under My Dashboard.
