We will present a case from the DILIN network of a prolonged cholestatic liver injury associated with renal impairment due to anabolic steroids in a 36 yo male with a review of his clinical course and pathological features on anabolic steroid associated injury. The lecture to follow will cover clinical features of bland cholestasis due to anabolic steroid and review challenges with the chemical analysis of these products.
